Включил возможность прикрепления архивов к теме и сообщению
Теперь к теме можно прикрепить не только торрент но и архив Максимальный размер: 3 MB (rar zip) полезно использовать для файлов не большого размера (русификаторов программ патчей нодвд фиксов)
